8 New Developments for 2017

8 New Developments for 2017

Here at Quin, we don’t like to get too nostalgic.  Instead, we prefer to look forward to the exciting things happening in the future!  Here are 8 things we are excited about in 2017:

1. New Staff

At the absolute top of our list is welcoming staff to our team.  We are planning to recruit a wide range of staff this year to accommodate a period of business growth.  We expect some new faces in our sales and marketing teams, as well as production operators and elsewhere.

2. Office Growth

To accommodate for new staff and business growth, we need more floor space!  We have been expanding our building since mid-2016 and we expect to reach completion next month.

3. Refresh the Quin Brand

Look out for some changes to the Quin branding half way through the year as we bring a fresh new look to the Quin visuals!

4. New Websites

The Tensor and Q-Dek websites are being refreshed this year to improve their ease of use and to become more mobile friendly.

5. Price Lists

We are working to make our price lists easier to use for our customers, and the way these price lists are distributed will become more convenient too.  Re-designing our price lists is just one more way we strive to make our customers’ lives easier!

6. Customer Service

Our goal is to provide the BEST customer service in the entire industry.  To do this, our customer service team have come up with a plan and guidelines to ensure they give the same high standard of care to every customer they interact with.

7. Gekko

Our Australian branch are working hard to promote the Gekko range.  This means you can expect more information and promotional material to help decide if Gekko is the flooring and wall cladding adhesive for you!

8. Social Media

Expect more content covering Quin Global and our brands: TensorGrip, Gekko, Q-Dek and Flexispray.

We would love to hear what you think about our ambitious 2017 plans!  Why not contact us by email, or keep up to date with our progress by following us on Facebook or LinkedIn?
